A word about CCNY:
I'm a 44-year-old married father of 2, and I live in Flushing, NY, just a few miles from the soon-to-be-demolished Shea Stadium, one of my favorite places in the world. I work as a Television Editor, where I've distinguished myself by working on TV commercials for opposing candidates in the same local political race on Long Island. In a not-so-long ago life before children (though it seems like forever ago), I played drums in a 3-piece power-pop band in the 80s + 90s with my wife and a fellow Broowaha contributor. We were called Third Eye Butterfly, you can look us up on myspace to hear a few tunes, if you like. But... once a rocker, now a soccer coach/PTA volunteer/homework helper-outer/band-aid applier, etc... and loving every minute of it. (Thanks to Ed Attanasio for prodding me to do this bio).
