Miami Is All The Rage!
The study that AutoVantage does about road rage every year came out recently and Miami won again. My question is—how the !@^$#& did San Francisco fail to make this list?
With Barry Bonds as our hometown hero (and as the home of BALCO), we’re obviously the Capitol of ‘Roid Rage in this country, if not the world. But, with all the accidents, pedestrian fatalities and physical assaults on drivers, how is it that we never seem to be able to make this list? Quite frankly, it’s an insult to the motorists of San Francisco.

2-Point Conversing: The Super Picks
...winner will have to grind out victories by outsmarting opponents, and not making the last mistake. Given the nature of this scenario, predicting a Super Bowl champion is almost impossible to predict.
And with that said, I predict the Cincinnati Bengals will make an inspiring run to Miami and win the Super Bowl.
I would have picked the Philadelphia Eagles had they secured a first-round bye last weekend – instead they are the last seed in the NFC and have a daunting road ahead of them. I would have picked the Green Bay Packers could someone absolutely guarantee me they... (more)

2-Point Conversing: Super Bowl XLIV
... season progressed, turning New Orleans into a two-dimensional team. Forget about how Reggie Bush has emerged as a prolific kick returner.
Pundits and fans can point to any number of statistics in their arguments for why the Saints will win the franchise’s first Super Bowl this Sunday in Miami. But New Orleans has an intangible infinitely stronger than any shrewd coordinator or dominant lineman.
Some will thank God. Some will declare destiny. Some will see serendipity
What you call it is simply semantics. The Saints have higher powers on their side.

My Desert Beachfront Property
...am grateful for the little shakers, they relieve the pressure on those plates (I won’t get technical, because I can’t) which seem to move whenever they feel necessary. Like my father said when I asked him if we were going to build a bomb shelter during the Cuban Missile Crisis ( we lived in Miami.) "If you can say, Hey what was that, you are alright and if not well you won't have anything to worry about." Somehow that was very comforting and still to my childlike mind.
So as we sit here dealing with man made crisis and contemplating how we ever elected George Bush twice or why... (more)
