Private schools in the United Kingdom could claim charitable status and gain tax breaks if they share their facilities and resources with state students, according to new draft rules formulated by the Charity Commission, BBC reported.The Charity Commission conducted a three-month consultation to completely review the existing guidelines for achieving charitable status. Rodney King, the driver whom in 1992 was horrifically beaten by white police officers that resulted in massive riots that engulfed Los Angeles and spread across many US cities was found dead today at the age of 47, reports CNN news.

Rodney King's fiancee found him at the bottom of his pool. Paramedics who responded removed King from the pool and attempted CPR, but he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.

An investigation into his drowning is expected. It is believed that he had been smoking marijuana and drinking prior to his death.
