So you want to make money on the internet and want to know where to start. I mean really where to start.

Tabula Rasa.

Ground Zero.

At the frigging beginning, man.

Well, in the world of blogging and especially Google Adsense blogging, Courtney Tuttle is king. Learn that name. Say it ten times really fast and when you count sheep at night, count Courtney Tuttle instead.

Do I know Courtney Tuttle? Nope. Never heard of him before last week. But, since Sunday, he is all I live and breathe.

I don’t know how I discovered his websites... Read More

Internet-based liberal activist’s have outed the identities of the villains and traitors. For example, Craig’s exposes reach because there are clear distinctions between good and evil. In our so-loved entertainment culture, these type of powerful stories are what sustains citizen involvement. The postings of this outrage and the compiling up of rap sheets broke the stillness and reinforces the narrative. The Internet hum of discontent is growing. The wave grows until it crashes into the national consciousness.

Exposes are on-going soap-operas, narrative, entertainment of the highest... Read More

A "Hater" has just left a series of anonymous reviews of a number of my articles here on the Broo all within a short span of time, each with markedly lower across-the-board scores than the previous reviews that have been posted by folks who did not see the need to conceal their identities...

So I guess this is yet another strategy for dishonest people and their minions to propel their own articles up higher in the ratings. So much easier to diss the talents of others than to hone one's own skills.

I guess this is someone's idea of a good time. All I can say is what a pity... Read More

One of the best things about Broowaha—aside from it giving you more hits than your blog—is that it’s got enough clout to get you on Google. And make it to the top of a somewhat common search, and interesting things can happen. My last article, The Unspoken Rules Of Group Conversation: Learn Them Or Bore, was a fun example. While checking hits on the article, I noticed it’d been linked (my favorite Broo feature). The link turned out to be from a NYC Craigslist post. Wha? The post turned out to be from ‘The Brooklyn Conversational Soiree’, a group trying to organize in-person group conversations... Read More

The internet is a valuable tool. It has enhanced the lives of many people around the world by enabling communication, disseminating information at the speed of light, and allowing everyday people to both bank and shop without leaving the comfort of their homes. It has also been said that the internet is the future of the entertainment industry. High bandwidth connections now enable people to download full length movies in a matter of minutes and full episodes of your favorite tv shows are now available online. Websites like monster, craigslist and EBay even help you to find a job, sell that... Read More

Before Times Square became a G-Rated theme-park for Midwestern tourists in khaki shorts it was the one-stop-shop for all things shady. Everywhere you turned there were Technicolor-jacket wearing pimps, drug slingers with syringes in one pocket and hard dope in the other, shady topcoat types wearing gold-watch sleeves, and skimped out skag-slaves turning tricks for the price of a cup of coffee. Now the most skin you’ll find on 42nd street is that of a borderline-insane guitarist whose mom forgot to pack his fig-leaf. This isnâ't a bad thing of course. I was too young to have been around when... Read More

I have now written more than 100 articles for BrooWaha San Francisco and all I can say is that I'm just getting started. I'm hooked on the Broo. I find myself thinking day and night about what I want to write next for the site. I'm obsessed. My friends think I'm doing crank. My fiance thinks I'm cheating on her. "What are you doing in front of that damn computer day and night?" she says. "Are you downloading porn?" In late February, I saw a posting for the new SF BrooWaha on Craigslist and it instantly caught my eye. I had never even heard of such a thing as a citizen newspaper. Already... Read More
