Genius or Horrendous?

At the annual South by South West interactive convention in Austin, Texas a company had homeless people acting as Mobile WiFi hotspots that internet users could connect to for $2 for $15 minute access

Austin, Texas - The "homeless hotspot initiative" was launched Thursday at the SXSW conference where homeless people are wearing T-Shirts with:

"I'm a 4G hotspot" on them, during the extremely popular, high tech part of the conference. "Users" can connect to the "homeless" hotspot for $2 for 15 minutes of access. This is certainly a different take on Social WiFi.

Is this genius or horrendous?

I think it is brilliant- especially if the homeless person is articulate and well read. What a shock to the general public who think all homeless people are simply losers.

Many have horrendous stories to tell of broken hearts, unfair divorce payments, undiagonsed mental illness. This is NOT a character falw but a chemivcal imbalance. Therefore but for the grace of God go I
