Revolutionary leadership

This leadership technique sees the leader revolutionizing the methods of getting tasks done by his/her employees. This form of leadership seeks to get the best from employees. The leader consistently pushes their employees to want to do better by setting daily, weekly or monthly goals to be fulfilled by them. This technique is often productive when reports of progress reach the leader as and when due and works best for leaders seeking employees’ growth.

Administrative leadership

An administrative leader works based on principles; the code of conduct guiding the company. He or she may take inputs from employees and listen to their opinions only if it doesn’t conflict with the already laid down rules and regulations of the company.
