This technique of leadership focuses on luring employees to work based on the perks given. A typical example of this occurs mostly in sales company where a leader rewards a team of salesmen based on the number of sales they are able to make. This technique works best by motivating employees to want to do better, achieve better results, and get more clients or customers for the company.

Revolutionary leadership

This leadership technique sees the leader revolutionizing the methods of getting tasks done by his/her employees. This form of leadership seeks to get the best from employees. The leader consistently pushes their employees to want to do better by setting daily, weekly or monthly goals to be fulfilled by them. This technique is often productive when reports of progress reach the leader as and when due and works best for leaders seeking employees’ growth.

Administrative leadership

An administrative leader works based on principles; the code of conduct guiding the company. He or she may take inputs from employees and listen to their opinions only if it doesn’t conflict with the already laid down rules and regulations of the company. This pattern of leadership is mostly noticed amongst owners of old companies not seeking to implement new ideas and always clinging to their old techniques of running an enterprise.

Tacticians are more of the opinion of how to improve a thing or two in their surroundings. They have a vivid grasp of what is needed to push their businesses forward and how to get results.
