...and walk among us will perpetrate heinous and horrific crimes against innocent people. Americans will look to their political leaders to see how and if they will react differently to protect lives. One action would be renewed support for many of the Bush administration’s policies to fight terrorism including expanded wire tapping of suspected terrorists in the U.S. While the ACLU and George Soros will attack it, the American people see more clearly the danger before them – the enemy within. President Obama Ponders Terror Attack Response

By Dan Ehrlich, published on May 29, 2010

...largely developed through our greed and need for oil and our interaction with people who largely reject everything for which we stand. Kipling’s “East is East and West is West” line has been proven wrong. The twain has met and with terrible consequences for the Western World….a War on Terrorism.

But, wait! I haven’t considered our own homegrown terrorists such as Jihad Jane. These people are more problematic than foreign threats.

Islam is a faith, which like early Christianity, demands total loyalty and subservience to its dogma. It relieves people of the thought... (more)

Never Ending War

By Dan Ehrlich, published on Dec 2, 2009

...tough. Or to paraphrase Orwell, to keep the fabric of society intact. Without one we would swap fear and patriotism for glaring dislike for the way our democracy is dissolving. Our domestic issues would again rate top priority.

So, enter the perfect war, the War on Terrorism. What makes this so perfect is that it’s straight out of the book…a war that will always be underway because there will always be terrorists somewhere and governments devious enough to keep people on tender hooks fearing the next attack. I mean even GW could understand this. He made good... (more)

...been doing what seems to be an act of damage control in India after strong concerns voiced by India ahead of impending visit of Indian Prime Minister to U.S. next week. “India and the US will continue to work shoulder-to-shoulder, hand-in-hand and hour-by- hour to co-operate on combating terrorism,” Roemer said. “We are excited to have the prime minister visiting Washington,” Roemer said, adding that he was leaving for Washington on Thursday to prepare for the talks with Obama.

When you think of terrorism, you probably think of bombs, guns, violence, war and 911. The real question is what comes to mind when you think of Economic Terrorism or Medical / Bio-Terrorism? If you were an enemy of the United States of America or of Freedom in general, and you supported Communism, a Fascist style... (more)

Literarily Speaking With Christian Fiction Author Jimmy Root

By boomergirl, published on Jul 28, 2009

...Prophecy and how that prophecy is being fulfilled before our eyes today. It all fits within current world events, namely what is happening between Israel and Iran. Ezekiel the prophet foretold how that particular struggle will end. My story, of course, is fiction. It involves a renewal of terrorism against the United States and Israel, particularly with the use of tactical nuclear weapons. Therefore, Russia, Iran, Syria, and other radical Islamic nations are involved. I fully believe the prophecies the story depicts will soon come true, especially in the light of the headlines... (more)

...killed; Stephen Tyrone Johns a security guard at the Holocaust museum was shot to death by a white supremacist and abortion doctor George Tiller was killed while he worshipped at church by a member of an anti-abortion group.

Yet mainstream media rarely ever makes the connection to terrorism when reporting these stories if they report them at all.  When they do make the terrorism connection they add the modifier “domestic” or “home grown” terrorist as though that makes it somehow less serious. It seems that we have forgotten that prior to 9/11; the worst act of terrorism ... (more)
