Caught a video by http://sherayx.wordpress.com/ a while ago on her blog, I always ask myself, if Jesus was to come back to Earth, would we kill him AGAIN? It is in our nature to kill, be evil, and hate. I can back my claim up 100%, JFK, Bob Marley, John Lennon, Martin Luther King and more is the truth about us as a species, these men, and there were Woman and many more, I know, came and tried to do good, make change, inject love through their ways and means. Yeah we witness remarkable acts of individual kindness, I have seen it,... (more)

Religion and Politics

By zahid_adenzai, published on Feb 5, 2014

“Because we believe that our ethnic group our society, our political party our religion is better than your religion we kill each other” (Neale Donald Walsch). Religion is regarded as true by the men of faith, for the Marxist’s it’s a wasting of existence and for the politicians it’s a serviceable tool to blind the will and wishes of the men who are eager to devote their most precious priorities in its path (religion). The renaissance period for Europe might have started a few centuries back but some would argue that the one who haven’t separated the two yet (Religion and Politics) are still... (more)

The War on Christmas

By Paul Anthony, published on Nov 28, 2013

...such as the American Civil Liberties Union and Americans United for Separation of Church and State, argue that government-funded displays of Christmas imagery and traditions violate the U.S. Constitution, namely the First Amendment. This denies the establishment by Congress of a national religion.

Some recent court cases in America have decided upon issues such as Christmas carols in public school performances. To date, none of these cases have reached the US Supreme Court.

A controversy regarding these issues arose in 2002, when the New York City public school system... (more)

Do Atheists 'have higher IQs'???

By Shaun Gibson, published on Oct 19, 2013

...sometimes I get it right, same as everyone on Earth, in Scotland I am 7/10 clever at best, truly there are MUCH smarter people than me here. I MEAN NO DISRESPECT, If ANY religious people give me a hard time, you are proving my point. Talk to me, debate me, and tell me I am wrong, because RELIGION has ruined the World, the people in religion have. Also, I believe in GOD, I pray every day, I join no religion. I ask again, "Does God ask, FROM WHAT RELIGION DO YOU COME FROM" I can't buy into that. So who is right, who is wrong? what if just loving God as I do is enough?

So a study... (more)

Extremist religion and the cancer of hate it is spreading

By Shaun Gibson, published on Sep 26, 2013

This is about having a respectful way with religion but looking at educating people about this Cancer of hatred and terrorist cells through religion, they fight at will, kill easily and are happy to die for whatever religion they are battling under. When I often say religion is a problem, don’t think “He is talking about my religion” that is ignorance. It is time now for the whole world to wake up to extremist religion and ask why an abundance of young men are joining religions who will fight, kill and die in its name

Imagine – John Lennon - In cartoon

By Shaun Gibson, published on Sep 20, 2013

...this. Many dislike the “Imagine there is no heaven line” But I think many miss the point. This simple cartoon, I hope can make people understand the song a bit better. I think this is just BRILLIANT! The message is “HOPE, PEACE AND LOVE” Nothing more, nothing less. People who follow Religion always tell me “it’s a metaphor” when I ask about some things said in the bible or ask questions about God or the lack of God in action through prayer. I mean to upset nor hurt anyone’s feelings here, only put something into context. We can’t have our cake and eat it in this World.... (more)

The Broken Gift

By Yvonne Wu, published on Aug 29, 2013

...coverage of the biblical position. In addition, the simple reading of Genesis seems in complete contradiction with fossil record evidence. This contradiction is dealt with in The Broken Gift head on in a comprehensive manner - never done before.

Many adherents of two major world religions— Christianity and Judaism—accept the Genesis account as factual and literal.

Science and religion agree on many aspects of our origins and provide complimentary knowledge that, when integrated in one package as the book does, answers a great deal of the origins question.

creationism vs evolution

By Shaun Gibson, published on Aug 28, 2013

Before I go and write, I am on Morphine, in agony and bored out of my SKULL. No excuse, I am just saying. I like to thing I am clever, I believe in God, but have a hard time with Religion and what Jesus was meant to have done, and all these bibles and religions confuse me, so PLEASE, let’s discuss this as adults, if it becomes VERY religious and people argue, then you are proving a VERY bad point.

One god, one bible, and the world would be a better place, I see a world at War, and I see kids getting killed and starving to Death while greedy bastards in suits look at their stocks... (more)
