The Queen, Part 12

By D. Sager, published on Jan 13, 2013

...of danger. I wanted to both challenge any intimidation of my world, and run like a scared rabbit. With her looking out the window, soft hair flowing over her shoulder, she held my arm with a vigorous grip, like a bear holding its prey. My emerging knighthood beckoned me to protect this vixen queen, facing the death-wish actions I had all my life. Thousands of insults and shame producing injustices added many logs to this bonfire of rage. Having held rejection as a lover, I cared not whether I died or lived. But now my anger and boldness met my fear and insecurity, and as I reached under... (more)

The Empire of King and Queen

By Uttam Gill, published on Nov 10, 2012

...of their world, amazingly they returned the blessings of love, with equal intensity. They very cautiously treaded through the treacherous time; with absolute sincerity, they created a space for passion, to recreate from the ruins, a palace. With new found blessings of love, both, King and the Queen could muster all the available passion to revive the existence, which was once, hopelessly hanging to the edges of its peril. They did it, because they knew that, they have a divine connection, to uphold the scared dreams. Blessed with divinity their bond remains untarnished. That’s how King... (more)

The Queen, Part 11 - Taking Out The Trash

By D. Sager, published on Feb 5, 2012

...out of an old leather bag which resembled the texture of his skin. Evidently I was out for a while, as he busied himself cleaning up. I looked over my shoulder, seeing the body of our attacker wrapped in heavy plastic, red smears on the inside looking like a crazed water-color painting. My Queen was calm, her hands stroking the blood, my and his, from my body. I noticed a strength in me, her strength, unafraid and capable of handling these situations, enabled me, giving me confidence and lifting me above fear. She was amazing, and I owed my life to her now, as she did me for had I ... (more)

The Queen, Part 10 - The Resistance

By D. Sager, published on Feb 1, 2012

... me to listen. Speaking softly, she could make others stop their routine to pay attention. Her eyes pulling them, me, closer as we leaned in to listen. She led me to her house, a loft in an unpretentious part of town. The door popped when she opened it, perhaps she hadn't been here in a while. My Queen had access to many places I'm sure, not to mention the access she gains so readily to the hearts of her subjects. The smell of incense, strong and lingering, permeated her sanctuary, adding an element of Eros to the sultry décor. I turned to put up my jacket, damp from the evening dew of our... (more)

The Queen, Part 8

By D. Sager, published on Dec 23, 2011

We made our way past improvised camps of itinerant cast-aways, their barrels burning, a social network of the basest sort. My queen looked out-of-place, as one with money and wherewithal always appears when in the company of poorer souls. Those souls who, though lacking money, had knowledge, knowledge of the street, a resource we needed, and motivated our journey through their living rooms. No one likes a stranger this deep in the underworld of the city. The looks I garnered, rivaled that of my queen, they scarcely giving her a glance that they might see through my disguise, which,... (more)

The Queen, Part 7

By D. Sager, published on Dec 10, 2011

Quickly we walked through the busy street. Transients stopped their mumbling and searching to see the passing of my queen, looking at her with what seemed like familiarity. I love the attention she brings, it makes me feel, important, necessary. Pressing our way into an ornate doorway, I found us in the company of a hardened contemptuous fellow, on his neck, a bold tattoo advertising his contempt for the law. He was tall, hair black and slick, a malevolent stare carved into his face that spoke things words could never say. I thought of the fight the night before, hoping I could avoid another... (more)

Queen, Part 6

By D. Sager, published on Dec 3, 2011

I woke from my sated slumber, a smile on my face. Turning to my queen, I see the same smile reflected in her eyes, barely open from her repose. As I looked at her, my mind replayed images of the night before, the sounds, amazing sights, and most of all, a feeling of being, different. Her words controlled many, soft yet powerful whips that always brought about her will, even when you thought it was your own. Now, it was more than her words. Her body brought a whole new element to my journey, creating a hunger, a thirst, both working together, driving me to feel her touch. Shaking myself from... (more)

The Queen, Part 5

By D. Sager, published on Dec 1, 2011

...off more. A soft thud as it fell to the ground revealing the rest of the dragon, continuing on its journey past her firm sculptured stomach and down her thigh. She slid in close to me, her soft hands pressing against my mouth, quelling my surprise, increasing my desire. She whispered with her Queen voice, captivating my whole being with her seductive charm, explaining that I had seen her dance many nights, but this night, this night I would feel her dance. Closing my eyes with her hands, she directed me on a journey of curves and motion around her body, every part of her soft, yet firm... (more)

The Queen, Part 3

By D. Sager, published on Nov 26, 2011

She tucked herself close to me, I covered her, encouraging her shelter. Pulling her close, my mind raced with anticipation. How will my queen reward me? Would she possibly let me be her king? How can I, plain and awkward, be a king? That would be.....I was yanked from my fantasy by her frantic tug. We walked quickly but as I turned to my familiar escape, down the lit side street to the paid parking...she pulled me down the alley, into the unknown, a dark way, a mysterious exit. It was a typical alley way by all estimations, lined part way with overflowing garbage cans, the rest lit gloomily... (more)

The Queen, Part 2

By D. Sager, published on Nov 25, 2011

The late afternoon turned to the late night, evidenced by the visible change in both volume and appearance of my queens subjects. The large middle aged blue collar slave, began to morph into, a slicker, more refined slave, those whose love for my queen, gave birth to other interests, like little meetings in the restroom, hushed conversation with obvious handshakes concluding their business. The toll my queen takes on her subjects spurred them on to more devious measures of support for her, their habit. I reached for what I thought was my last 10, and with disgruntled acknowledgment, got a small... (more)
