There I said it, I bet you haven’t heard that before. Hardcore dieters have known this for some time as they are well aware that fructose has a similarly bad effect on our bodies as table sugar. (Sucrose) If you are really serious about losing weight you must count every carb from fruit and make sure not to over do it. People only dieting for overall health and not to lose weight must also be aware of the sugar content of the fruits they eat. People falsely assume that the sugar in fruit is not bad for you. False! Burn That Fat

...ever update the information they distribute to their citizens. You never hear the government say anything more than telling you to watch your calorie count. That is obscenely vague to the point it is harmful. That is because it is now known that calories from carbs are not equal to those from protein.The truth of the matter is that calories from carbohydrates are harder to burn off than those from protein. If the government knows this then why aren’t they explaining it? That of course goes back to the profits they make on sugar.
