How to get off drugs, the drama's and the pain.

By Alex Petrovic, published on Jul 8, 2012

...turning up totally fucked, although most didn’t. However no surprises for them when some one did. How else was I going to get there? I just didn’t have wat it takes to turn up without knowing where I was really going. Also far as I was concerned it was the last time I was going to use drugs so I took so many as I could get. The memories of my first day in detox are too vague to recall. No big deal, there’s many days of my life which I just don’t know what happened. I figure that maybe a good thing.

The hard yards for anyone in detox starts when the effects of alcohol ... (more)

By Jennifer Stone, published on Jul 2, 2012

...front line.

Out and about just walking around I was talking to the people on the ground. They would notice my scorpion. I was getting to be known as "The Kings Cross Sting" well remember we were aiming for the biggest bust of something thou I didn't know what.

I had never done drugs, yet straight away, in and out of a pub and I was chatting to a lady. About 60 years plus except her house had been broken into and it seems the cops said you didn't lock up good enough.

Then she listened to my story, well I said. I am in Granville yet is this the suburb I need. With... (more)

How can we straighten out this drug addict?

By Alex Petrovic, published on Jun 27, 2012

A marvelous story regarding a life of a drug user. Going into never before a life story has encompassed with so much passion how the drugs and then how to give them up has taken it’s toll on a life.

When you walk the streets in Kings Cross which I did last night, you see the drug addicts and wonder what their life is like. I have been enlightened to know how hard it is to give up these drugs.

Governments of the day have been working out whether to legalise the substances, yet the hospital’s will still have the problems. Our health system will like never before be in undated.... (more)

Get serious about the drug epidemic!

By Jennifer Stone, published on Jun 19, 2012

...in cycles. So that they hadn't seen us that I noticed that the information was correct. I had hit the jackpot. Yet it had just been an hour and traffic was busy.

Switch the phone on and away they went. When you think this is happening all over the world it is frightening. That the drugs have such a network. It wasn't long that I was catching up with where they went. Down a few back alleys, the car in the carpack with a stash not hard near a University. Yet far enough away so the teachers didn't see.

Are we really being serious on our war against drugs or just people... (more)

By Jennifer Stone, published on Jun 3, 2012

...The mind is moving so fast, the world is spinning and they believe what they are told. If you tell someone they are bad enough enough, well they are.

Drug addicts are like children needing guidance but how when the drug dealers give some free stuff to make them hooked. Or moving the drugs with a combination to make them lost forever.

$30 million of cocaine comes into Australia

By Jennifer Stone, published on Jun 2, 2012

We have taken a drug that was once legal and moved it to an illegal drug all around the world better for society. We have filled our hospitals with drug addicts screaming for help.

Many of these are single mothers being pushed into the prostitution game just to deal drugs. The drug has them hooked. It wasn't hard, one party that lasted three days as one of the drug dealers told me. This is how they do it. Taking someone a clean escort to a party just to get hooked on the drug of love as they say.

Drug user, how he beat the habit....

By Jennifer Stone, published on Jun 2, 2012

Having been living with the drug addicts you do see how they see life. Fun, well they think lying on a bed zonked out full of drugs is good. Well I don't call that fun, when you see them in the foetal position. For many drug users they spend their last money all on drugs.

How they con people out of money, walking up to them promising them to bring back drugs to just fix themselves up with the drugs... Then they never go back, free drugs they look at well they have just stolen money, bought an illegal drug and hiding whilst they take the drugs. Is this life.... A drug user thinks... (more)

Interviewing a Drug Dealer

By Jennifer Stone, published on May 29, 2012

Many Drug dealers were out last night, I hit the streets to see who was about. Where were they dealing from.

Taking a drug user, it wasn't hard to ask for some stuff to see where it was being served tonight. It was raining heavy however the drugs were still in demand. We asked about in some of the fast food outlets, for some ice. Needing to score. The drug user his name Bill is just like you or me however he was shattered with his problems in his early 20's and lives now in the moment.

I have been working with drug users, however to get to the drug dealer was some art in... (more)
