The Texas Department of Public Safety , the state police who also oversees the Texas Rangers has a new weapon they are going to use on the Mexican cartels and the gangs that support them.

The State has spent $3.5 million dollars on six new 34 feet length speedboats vessels equipped with a 300 horse power engines carrying fully automatic multiple machine guns on board complete with night vision capabilities and ballistic shielding. These boats are in place and ready to patrol the waterways of the Mexico border mainly at the Rio Grande, since it's the heaviest smuggled area in Texas. DPS... (more)

...I say dirty money it means all ill gotten gains from the income generated by crime syndicates. Three days later, the Honduran government reported that they were investigating whether he was hiding in Honduras. The U.S goverment is offering a 5 million reward for his capture.

Representatives of criminal organizations  Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada, Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman Loera, Arturo Beltran Leyva, The Arellano Felix Brothers and the Carrillo-Fuentes, allegedly participated in the cease-fire agreement.

The Pact  involving cartels of Sinaloa, Tijuana, Juarez and the Leyva-Beltran, the last three maintain a war against Chapo Guzman  and Mayo Zambada, wich has been expressed in a bloody form.
