Anger Management

Dear Ely,

I need anger management help. Stupid little things set me off, and I blow my top like a mailbox packed with M-80s. When people make innocent mistakes or do ordinary things that I personally find annoying, I erupt in a chaotic firestorm of abusive language, nonsensical threats, and physical intimidation. Anger Management

...punching the desk and he entered the lobby but avoided me. I went to the doctors to get my hand checked out because it was throbbing really bad. It was just badly bruised, but I let it develop into a rock. That's when I knew I had a problem with anger. The doctor gave me a number to some anger management office, but I long throw that number away. What saved me was going back to boxing!
