Angel, Part 5

By D. Sager, published on Dec 14, 2011

The nights dragged on into months. We both learned the game, with a quickness necessitated out of survival rather than, as she supposed, fun and glamor. My angel's eyes lost their shine, being replaced with a distant look now shared with the rest of the dancers. She was fresh on the scene, and new girls make a lot of money the first few months of their initiation, their clients hoping to sway them with “generosity”. Other more unscrupulous men, professionals, hoping to secure her in their own businesses, would throw her lure after lure and line after line. Not knowing how to handle the growing... (more)

The Queen, Part 7

By D. Sager, published on Dec 10, 2011

Quickly we walked through the busy street. Transients stopped their mumbling and searching to see the passing of my queen, looking at her with what seemed like familiarity. I love the attention she brings, it makes me feel, important, necessary. Pressing our way into an ornate doorway, I found us in the company of a hardened contemptuous fellow, on his neck, a bold tattoo advertising his contempt for the law. He was tall, hair black and slick, a malevolent stare carved into his face that spoke things words could never say. I thought of the fight the night before, hoping I could avoid another... (more)

Queen, Part 6

By D. Sager, published on Dec 3, 2011

I woke from my sated slumber, a smile on my face. Turning to my queen, I see the same smile reflected in her eyes, barely open from her repose. As I looked at her, my mind replayed images of the night before, the sounds, amazing sights, and most of all, a feeling of being, different. Her words controlled many, soft yet powerful whips that always brought about her will, even when you thought it was your own. Now, it was more than her words. Her body brought a whole new element to my journey, creating a hunger, a thirst, both working together, driving me to feel her touch. Shaking myself from... (more)

The Queen, Part 5

By D. Sager, published on Dec 1, 2011

Urgently she grabbed my hand, I was still in shock at having handled myself so competently. She knew what she could make men do, her little mischievous smile told me that she was well aware of her skill. Taking me to a door, barely recognizable from years of graffiti sprayed on it, blending it in with the dark sticky walls of the alley, she pushed it open with a nudge and we entered another world alien from that of the putrid alley, but still as foreboding, mysterious. The lights were dim, but gave an ambiance that said, pleasure. She turned, letting her jacket slide off slowly, showing... (more)

The Queen, End Game

By D. Sager, published on Nov 29, 2011

The Queen, End Game has been rescinded in lieu of another ending forthcoming. I will leave the ending below for those who "need closure", but will continue to let the story evolve for those who can stand the ride. Peace. * * * * * We shuffled together down the alley, working our way toward a halo of light, a haven of safety, at least in my mind. Leading me this way may have saved our lives, my Queen was wise. I glanced down at her, my life, my love. She stopped me, shock in her eyes, I followed her gaze down her body, the chilled wind blowing her coat to the side enough for me to... (more)

The Queen, Part 4

By D. Sager, published on Nov 27, 2011

I straightened from our huddled position beside the dented cans of rancid garbage, a small rat sat on its haunches, a spectator to the gladiators now positioning themselves in the arena. I turned to my queen, searching her eyes for some sign that it was alright, that this didn't need to happen. Her face pale now in the cold seamy night, held only fear, and hope, a slight spark in her eye. Her eyes so entrancing, how I longed to...a brutal smack to the right side of my face shook me back to reality. Twice tonight, I lost myself in her, twice now I was yanked back to unrelenting reality. My queen... (more)
