The Death Of A Home On The Internet

Sadly, I do not think that my words can do this story justice, only if you were there in the early days, could you really understand what I am trying to say.

I should preface this by saying by ' social networking ' sites I mean any site where you engage other members or visitors. This could mean Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, BlogCatalog; or it could mean Blip, Broo, Fried Eggs, or just engaging comments left on your website. ...of an apology just to please them, and hopefully not to lose a friendship. Still it doesn't work. It's at a lose when you only get one word answers from your efforts.

Seriously, give me a break!

Sometimes, I just want to eliminate all this social networking on the Internet...the Myspace...the Facebook...etc. What are these networks good for anyways besides the typical popularity contest? So you find several class-mates from the old days and maybe chat with them one time...then that's it. They just linger on your friend list collecting dust.

I awoke to a flight attendant nudging at me, “Sir, we’ve landed in Miami. You can depart the plane now. Follow the other passengers over to baggage claim.
