Hollywood-We interrupt your regularly scheduled program,to bring you an important announcement.The line-up for the 34th Annual Playboy Jazz Festival in co-operation with the L.A.Philharmonic Association,was announced at a Press Conference on the grounds of the Playboy Mansion,February 16th,2012.The eagerly anticipated announcement is welcome news for music aficionados who attend the festival each year.An added treat is the announcement that the festival will return to the popular Father's Day Weekend,June 16th & 17th,2012.

New Orleans-Several hundred jazz aficionados got an early jolt to their day during the inaugural International Jazz Day in Congo Square the birthplace of jazz in Louis Armstrong Park,located in historic Fauberg Treme.

Hollywood, CA.- Organizers are gearing up for another stellar event. The 33rd Annual Playboy Jazz Festival presented in co-operation with the L. A. Philharmonic Association was announced on February 10, 2011. The announcement was made at a Press Conference held on the East Lawn of the Playboy Mansion.

New Orleans- Once again I had the pleasure of visiting New Orleans to attend the 42nd Annual New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival presented by Shell. This event was held on April 29-May 8, 2011. Over 400,000 music aficionados from all over the world attended all or parts of America's number one festival. I'm glad that I was in attendance for both weeekends. Heard some amazing music, ate some delicious food, met some more wonderful people as I do each time I visit the Crescent City or Big Easy.
