A word about D. E. Carson:

I am a great American. I love America and it makes my blood boil when I see her own children being ungrateful, selfish pigs. This is the greatest nation in the world and it is, as Ronald Reagan once said, "A shining city on a hill." This nation has done more good throughout the world than any other nation since man first began congregating into communities. America stands for freedom, justice and truth. Anyone, and I mean ANYONE, who says or thinks otherwise is a liar and a communist and does not love America. As the bumper sticker from the 1970's so eloquently put it: America, love it or leave it!
