Antioxidants, such as blueberries, strawberries, pomegranate and soybeans are the ideal brain food.
What accomplishment are you most proud of and why?
I'm proud of the fact that I have several friends whom I've been friends with for many, many years. They've stuck through me through my darkest hours, as well as my joyous moments.

I have never wanted my signature on anyone else's masterpiece. God gave them the talent they possess, as well as the idea that bears their signature. He also gave me a strong desire to inspire and encourage people to do well in life, and I want to do that in a way that will make Him and I both very proud.
Your hidden talents are?
Crocheting, knitting, and creating products for my clients are a few of my hidden talents.
