Renee Wiggins has mentored, trained and changed lives in the health and wellness industry for more than 20 years. A strong believer and encourager in living an authentic, healthy lifestyle, Renee specializes in designing customized lifestyle programs that are tailored to the clients needs, goals and habits. Renee Wiggins is a registered dietitian, and a certified massage therapist. She is the author of several books, “Can I Exercise Sitting Down?” and “ Stress Down and Lift Up”.

What is the latest book or movie that made you cry?
The Color Purple

What frictional character is most like you?
Grace the secretary in the TV show "Number One Lady Detective", because she follow the rules yet was able to understand the other person's views.

What is the greatest album ever?
Marvin Gaye's "What's Going On"

What is your ideal brain food?
Antioxidants, such as blueberries, strawberries, pomegranate and soybeans are the ideal brain food.

What accomplishment are you most proud of and why?
I'm proud of the fact that I have several friends whom I've been friends with for many, many years. They've stuck through me through my darkest hours, as well as my joyous moments.

You want to remebered for:
I want to be remembered as someone who can always be depended upon.

Of those who have come before, the most inspirational are?
God, my father and ARE YOU GOING TO ADD ONE MORE?

The creative masterpiece you wish bore your signature?
I have never wanted my signature on anyone else's masterpiece. God gave them the talent they possess, as well as the idea that bears their signature. He also gave me a strong desire to inspire and encourage people to do well in life, and I want to do that in a way that will make Him and I both very proud.

Your hidden talents are?
Crocheting, knitting, and creating products for my clients are a few of my hidden talents.

We all have had our ups and downs in our lives, some more than others. But, how we end up in the end, determines how we actually see the storms. .In fact, these storms makes us stronger, better and a wiser person.

Resisting change can make the obstacles, the hindrances and the storms become even more unbearable. However, if we choose to view them in a different light, change can moves us into a more rewarding position.

Renee shows how our life should follow our words. These words/affirmations presented in this book can be a turning point in your life. These affirmations helps us to break the chains of negative thinking and help us to release the past and move forward.
