Humanity Evolves

by Lady D (writer), Perris, Ca, January 20, 2010

Changing our perspective can change our world.

Why is it that so many people do not want the human species to evolve? What will we find out? It seems that those who preach that religious icons are to be followed seem to be the biggest haters of humanity and well we know how some feel about evolution.

So if we are not to evolve into a more loving species where are we going?

We are evolving whether we like it or not, some slower some faster. That is just life.

We are much more than we know and seem to be afraid of what we don’t know.

We and everything around us is energy. Where we focus is how we receive that energy.

Energy is not go or bad yet thinking makes it so.

When we try to fix things from the outside in, we are like the performer who spins plates. Running ourselves ragged trying to keep all those plates spinning.

How about if we the people just got to know people? How hard could it be? Maybe we could just go the old “ do unto others as you would have them do unto you” route and enjoy the contrast that is life.

This is a very cool planet (not that I have been to any others) and I would give it a 10 for carbon bases life forms.

We are put here as care takers of this wonderful planet and of each other, or so it has been told.

Let us honor the earth and humanity with a different way of seeing. A way that involves caring for both.

There is a song by a fellow Biff rose that says “If I love myself enough, loving you won’t be so rough and I will have so much love to give the earth…”

Maybe we could just start there.

Evolving is a wonderful adventure and I feel that more should avidly pursue the process.
