Take training and follow it You can take training from any well recognized institute in your surrounding and start doing workouts as per the instruction of your trainer. You can plan some of the workouts at your home also as per the recommendation of your trainer. In this way, you can carry the workout sessions in both morning and evening.

This stress will help you in balancing your hormonal level and is good for you. Remember one thing, you have to take stress but not too much of it. You should take break in between.

Key exercises You must start with some compound workouts like chest press and lat pulldown. You must do shoulder exercise also where you must raise your lateral and front to hit all areas of shoulder. You must also do exercise for bumps and fit stomach area. Weightlifting and squat presses are important exercise. Take regular exercises but do not overdo it. Try to maintain the fit figure under any experts advise.

Eat healthy Make a diet chart and include only healthy items. Take a balanced diet and try to drink as much water as feasible. Healthy eating will give glow on your face and energy to your body on the wedding occasion. Going according to the diet plan will start working in few months. So start the diet plan before some months from the wedding day. Again, too much of food consumption or eating food in less amount can make you look dull. And so eat on the basis of diet plan only.

Concentrate of yoga If you are not a yoga practitioner, then also start doing yoga for few months before your marriage. Yoga will be great for your flexibility and muscle strengthening. Your posture will shape into perfectness in few months after doing yoga. Yoga will increase the blood flow and it will boost energy in your body. But remember one thing that you must do yoga under an expert’s advice otherwise it may lead to serious injuries.
