In today’s health-conscious society, the percentage of people smoking reduces every year. Vaping is a new phenomenon that has grown in popularity because people have realized the negative impact of smoking. Smokers are more likely to develop problems in later life, so it’s lucky alternatives have emerged to help people eliminate tobacco from their lives. Vaping has risen in prominence because it’s considered 95% healthier than smoking, but there is still skepticism surrounding how healthy vaping is.

Is Vaping Safer Than Smoking?

Vaping is presumed safer because E Juice is heated as opposed to being combusted, which prevents dangerous carcinogens harming the body. Though inhaling heated E juice is considered healthier, it is the array of flavors that has attracted consumers. There are multiple flavors on the market, from raspberry to coffee, and by conducting online research you can discover the perfect flavor for you.

There is a strong scientific consensus vaping is safer than conventional smoking, but there is uncertainty due to insufficient long-term studies available. Public safety was recently enhanced since companies were regulated to be fully transparent about their ingredients. We do know vaping is safer than conventional smoking, since nicotine replacement therapy is proven to improve quality of life while helping people feel reenergized. When people quit smoking, vaping is helpful for the transition phase because it allows the smoker to slowly reduce his or her nicotine intake. Recent evidence suggests e-cigarette users receive similar nicotine hits to smokers, but they benefit because they’re not exposed to the same carcinogens.

Vaping is Healthier

By inhaling vapor as opposed to smoking a burned substance, you’re not regularly harming your body. You’ll save yourself from carbon monoxide and tar, and instead enjoy sweet tasting aromas. With this being said, it’s important to use your vape sparingly so you don’t become over-reliant. It is tempting to continually vape because you can, but it’s better to enjoy the luxury of vaping (especially in public) in moderation.

Vaping As a Cool Alternative

Besides the above health benefits, vaping is pretty cool. There are hobbyists who have taken to vaping because it’s appealing, especially considering the modifications available. You can alter the harshness of each hit, and customize your vape according to personal preference.

Smoking cigarettes brings negatives, and vaping is a lesser of two evils. You won’t smell like an ashtray, and you can use vaping to change your life for the better. Give vaping a chance, and it might be the best decision you ever made.
