Becoming an Entrepreneur is a new trend. Many teenagers and college graduates dream of being an entrepreneur.

Well, it is good to have ambitions but there is also no shame in working for others as an employee.

Some people are good at a 9-to-5 job. If everybody becomes entrepreneurs then who will be doing all the jobs? Entrepreneurship is a glamorous from the outside but it is super-difficult when you actually face-off the reality.

Yes, entrepreneurs on the Internet posts photos and videos of working from the beach in shorts, but they have put strenuous efforts to reach there.

If you are also the one who is stuck between choosing a job and business then you need to figure out which profile is better suited to you.

You need to ask yourself some serious questions and answer them honestly. If you think that you can achieve your purpose or goals by doing a job then you do not need to jump on the bandwagon.

However, if deep inside, you believe that job is not for you but you are still doing just to avoid unnecessary risk that comes with entrepreneurship then you need to come out of comfortable zone.

Ideas don’t work unless you doIdea is nothing without proper implementation. Everybody has got an idea. In fact, some people with a great idea fail while others get successful with an average idea.It’s all about execution. If you just want to dive into entrepreneur world because you want to make your idea a reality then it is not going to work like this. An idea must be backed by detailed plans and strategies to make it successful.Be ready for doing all that boring stuffs

Being an entrepreneur means doing all sorts of boring stuffs as well. Hiring people, meetings, coordinating teams are just daily routine of many successful entrepreneurs. When you work as an employee, you just have to worry about one or two things. But an entrepreneur needs to be an all-rounder.

Emails, Phone calls, messages, appointments, sorting out company database, and so on.

When you choose to live an entrepreneur life then there is no such thing as work-life balance. Your relationships with your friends and family suffer because of workload. Stress and exhaustion are common.

Some people can create good products but can’t market well. There are also many people who have hard time dealing employees. As an entrepreneur, you must be good in every aspect. Almost all entrepreneurs deal with these less sexy issues.

You must have heard stories of hardships about Jeff Bezos, Jack Ma, Bill Gates, and Elon Musk. They had to go through a lot in their initial phase of their career. Motive of this article is not to frighten you. But it is to show you reality which is not glamorous at all. Entrepreneurship sounds good. But actually, it is not

Every human on the Earth is capable of doing magical things. If you accept this harsh reality, and decide to go all-in then nobody can stop you from becoming a successful entrepreneur.If you are in limbo whether you should choose the path of entrepreneurship or job, then consider all of the above factors. Remember, all that glitters is not gold.
