On contrary, Branch Office can be established by an existing foreign company and does not required to have any minimum capital.
  2. To establish your business, Free Zone offers both light industrial units as well as wide range of premium offices on rent. Companies can conduct their business operations from here.
  3. It is mandatory to register your business and acquire a Dubai business license, which is the written approval for the activities you are going to undertake. It is up to you to choose from the two types of licenses available – trade and service.
  4. It is essential to submit your company information as well. For this, you need to submit certain necessary documents along with the application form.
