The Truth about Cats and Dogs

by Dany Bachir (writer), , September 26, 2007

Is that there will always be cats and dogs.

They will never like each other but somehow they manage. Personally I’ve seen some cases where, under the same roof, they are managing to accept each other.

But. It’s not always the case.

Sometimes, cats and dogs living together make the lives of the house owners – miserable.

The big picture is where two political sides are determined not to sacrifice any of their demands or beliefs. And the people are the victims. Us.

Yes. The people are the humans and the politicians are the cats and dogs.

Obviously humans and animals will never be able to communicate with each other. Therefore the house owner will have to kick out either the cat or the dog. I can’t think of a better solution. Can you?

History has proven that a man can live alone with his dog. Or can do the same with his cat. But most of the time, he can’t do with both.

Taking it back to the big picture, some of you might say I’m violating the true meaning of a “democracy”. But sometimes "democracy" can't be understood when humans, cats and dogs are involved.

Yes. Cats and dogs will always dislike each other and humans will have to accept that. Exactly the case in some parts of the world. It just won’t work. That’s nature.

People will have to realize this fact and build upon. At least that’s my opinion.

How do people build upon? They place the facts and try to find solutions accordingly.

In my previous article, I spoke about a man’s nature. The scorpion will always sting even if his life is to be jeopardized. It’s in his nature to sting.

Shall you be a genius and make cats and dogs best friends, one day their natures will arise and fight again. They can’t help it. That’s how they were created.

Same thing around us. Things will always be as they are. We will have to accept it or else a drastic change should happen. How? There should be a winner and a loser.

Sometimes we funnily see a dog running away from a cat, and some other times we see the exact opposite.

Honestly, I don’t see how someone can prevail in the big picture. It’s not as simple as that. So, in a way, I don’t see a solution to all what’s going around. It’s just too complicated.

A blind man will have to accept his condition unless some miracle happens. The same for a man who gets dumped by the woman he loves and knowing she will never get back to him. That’s how life is.

And we move on. We accept things, carry them with us, and live upon. Hoping for a better future for the ones coming after us. The future generations.

I’m not trying to be pessimistic but rather realistic. Realism that comes from the simple fact that …

… there will always be cats and dogs.
