Do you listen to music while writing? If so, what do you listen to?
Yes, I listen to soft rock.
Do you have any suggestions for upcoming writers?
Yes, write about what you know. You will come off as more credible in your writing if you do. Also, if you have a story, by all means share it. You never know who you might reach and help with your story. It may not be easy, but it is very important to do so.
What is it you like to do when you are not reading/writing?
I like to cook and create my own recipes, however, due to CFS I am not able to do it very often.
Is there an author/authors that have inspired you?
No, I am not a big reader. I just told my story. I guess you could call that my inspiration.
As a child what did you want to be when you grew up?
A lab technician, which I was.
How do you/would you react to a bad review of your book?
Although I realize it’s nothing personal and not everyone can or would like it, I would probably take it hard, only because I wrote about such a painful experience. I had to relive it, and that was not easy. I would probably feel judged and criticized by people who have never walked in my shoes.
