Liposuction for body fat loss can be tempting
Liposuction is a very personal decision not only in choice but also in terms of us each having our own genetics that decide how and where we have body fat loss . I do not think it is wrong for all people, with that said I would think it is wrong for more than 99% of people.
It would be wrong in my opinion because those results can be attained from living a proper lifestyle that included dieting, working out, and by taking nutrional supplements. The people who actually try of all these avenues and do not see results are probably suffering from some sort of issue that a doctor could help with drugs. Knowing most people they would probably assume that they are dieting, working out, and taking the proper supplements when in fact they are not. Most people I talk to say that they are eating a “good” diet for example without going into specifics. Once I have them go into their specific diets they almost always change their tune. Most supplements are just scams and people just buy marketing, if anything most people will at least will be properly working out but not everyone obviously.
I think most people see liposuction as a short cut for body fat loss and don’t use it as a tool to help them deal with sub par genetics that they are trying their best to overcome. Liposuction is a surgery that has risks that are unlikely, but are indeed possible. The risks can be anywhere from bad scarring up to death. For these many reasons I do not condone this surgery unless you can honestly look in the mirror and say you have given it your all in every way and feel that this is the only thing you can possibly do to help your self esteem.
I am guessing that most of the people who do get liposuction do so for body fat loss do so for the wrong reasons and never really get the body that they want even with the surgery. If they took my above advice they would get far better results and end up being much happier. I do think that it is an effective surgery though which is can be shown by this conclusion of a study talking to people who did receive the procedure.
Liposuction and abdominoplasty, either alone or in combination, provide high levels of patient satisfaction (88.8 percent overall). The combined procedure is similar in discomfort level to abdominoplasty alone (both 7.5 of 10) and produces the highest level of patient satisfaction (99.2 percent), with 97.6 percent of patients saying they would undergo the operation again and 99.2 percent recommending it to others. http://no-stim.com
