Black Gun Prohibition

Issues of gun control a federal issue to solve or an issue that of the state? The federal government deals with federal commerce and military action and the state deals with state side business

Banning guns in America has never been a traditional legal practice, yet the sale and the use of guns has always been systemically controlled commencing from the seize {enslavement} of the so called Black population. From the inception of the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade Black enslavement engendered the Black gun prohibition to ensure Black servitude or a lack of Black empowerment and the right of self protection. The right of any free man to protect himself, his family, his culture and his land was removed from them as a prerequisite of the slave trade’s success.

Due to the policies and the philosophy of the White supremacist movement Blacks began their harsh sojourn in the United States customarily standing at the wrong end of a gun. Standing in front of the barrel of the slave master’s shot gun, the task master’s rifle but hitting the back of his head, the pistols and guns of the Klux Klux Klan, the Grand master’s arsenal of guns as his members held guns on Black folks while they consistently hanged and burned them, today our police hold, point and shoot these guns generally at the profiled Black race, an event that is taking place all over the country in every state. In all of these circumstances, and in all these different eras where the killing of innocent Black people occurs we note that no one has paid the legal price for these crimes. Who pays the cost for killing a Black man? During slavery there were laws designed to protect the slave master or his henchmen the task master from criminal charges should they beat a slave to death. These laws exonerated them from any legal fault should the death of a slave result from such a brutal beating. Thus the history and the leegal precedent of the killing of Black men and their families forged in these unrighteous laws were standardized. Today these killings continue to prosper under the cloak of the legal establishment and their unrighteous decrees.

Black society upon leaving their own expression and form of personal freedom has gone from being disarmed by the White establishment, being kidnapped, mistreated as a result, and being enslaved because of a lack of self armament. With no means to protect ones self, ones family, ones property then there is no means to protect ones community. Being the only community or racial society that is unable to protect itself from outside forces Blacks have become enduring victims within their own communities, victimize by a list of brutes beginning with the police department, the K.K.K. (666), the invading gangsters (Italian gangsters, Jewish and government operatives, all seeking to either control the Black community or to control and take money out of the Black community) those who invaded the Black community such as Harlem to take over the drug trade, the numbers game, the liquor business, and the various gangs who grew out of the Black communities as a result of all the gun play and violence from these other sources. What we see today {young gang bangers} among Black communities are the results of those gangsters that desired the control of the Black community and the admiration of those gangsters that was polarized and popularized in movies and television.

Due to the policies of the judicial and governmental agencies who service political stratagems which protect unjust and or criminal acts against Blacks by politicians, judges, lawyers and police officers Blacks have become the only community that is unable to protect themselves from all inside forces like gangs, street hoods and other outside forces.

If you identify yourself today as Black, it says that you have nothing to do with the Constitution but that you recognize yourself as a 14th Amendment federal citizen, and as such the state or city police are under no dutiful obligation to protect you. People of color who recognize themselves as Black are not apart of the laws in any way stipulated under the Constitution, they are relegated and forced under the 14th Amendment’s jurisdiction which is a counterfeit federal law modification and not a state Constitutional decreed law, an agency said to establish and regulate the federal government. Under the Constitution the Black slave certified as property {which the governing body designed laws to collect taxes from White slave masters} maintians that Black slaves as current property transfered to the federal government. In alliance with this notion the Constitution also defined Blacks under the laws of the land as three fifths of a human being, which means that Blacks are not legally considered men or human, because according to the Constitution all men are created equal, so by this standard {three fifths of a human} Blacks didn’t quite measure up and thus are not actually apart of the Constitution as equal men but as permanent property now held by the federal government. Strange though it seems, there were laws reckoned to protect and save abused horses and animals on the verge of extinction yet there were no such laws to protect the rights of the Negro people whose extinction was always severely challenged under the weight of hate, racism and the enslavement in which White America greeted them with as they banked the shores of the land during the 1500 to 1600... Therefore when you vote as a so called Black person you are actively falsifying your nationality, legitimizing a false government, supporting false laws, assisting the establishment in creating a false jurisdiction over your own people and thus embracing a status of a renegade towards the survival of your own people. The gun control laws that Whites today fight against has always been in effect in the Black communities, its oppressive laws have left honest Black people politically and judicially handicap as it relates to self protection. In Black communities only the criminal element generally has guns but the average honest working Joe doesn’t, leaving them defenseless and open to violence by every outside force. What we learned here is that without the true identity of ones nationality you are not able to legally protect your self in this state of seizure that the slaves have historically faced. A person held to a false citizenship against their will has no naturalized rights under this bogus pledge (The pledge of Allegiance), and thereby having no historical connection to freedom or sovereignty has no legal point of reference to reclaim their status as free men living among international society. Herein this vain legal standard of today’s Negro race, having no proof of their historical nationality {blacks nationality has been told to them by those people who kidnapped them and have a vested interest in hiding thier true nationality, and that vested interest being the grandfather clause or proof of their own freedom} or culture in which to reclaim the grandfather clause of sovereignty, yet through falseness of politics they continue to stand in the grandfather clause of enslavement, and thus remain a undeviating victim and a recurring slave.

Being considered a 14th amendment slave (forced citizenship) genders all kinds of problems for the government as well as for people of color those in whom government impose their brand of jurisdiction on. The feds are not bound by the same laws as the Constitutional government and their processions are not exempt to its predatory desires. These processions consist of land, money, cattle, oil, gold, and diamonds, all manner of resources like human resources, peasants and Black slaves. The federal government being a corporation has no moral or ethical sentiment it is a machine that operates with impunity, and like a corporation it has a president who heads the company regulating it for its stock holders who are the real owners of said corporation. Stock holders are generally hidden entities and control the business from behind the scenes.

So if this is the truth of the American system of politics then the question remains obvious: who controls the counted votes of this corporation? Do the general public or the board members and stock holders control the path that the corporation called America takes? The elections, the voting process, the political and judicial policies which ultimately make the laws of the business fiat commerce have always been controlled by the Board members and the stock holders of the corporation and that fact remains true in today’s US Corporation.

Explain such parody amid the rights and privileges of the Black and White gun laws separate but unequal. In conclusion; the most vulnerable of society are not legally allowed to protect themselves.

So you wont see too many Blacks at the shooting range {under the 14thamendment Blacks have privileges that don’t include the right to bare arms/guns}, who are legal guns owners, because the Corporation is closing the gap further on gun control and fading the Constitutional laws on those Whites generally allowed to possess them {Whites having the right to bare arms /guns} under the Constitution.

I wasn't quite sure if it was a modest script or too ostentatious an article. Although I don’t recognize how this article affected the Canadians, I am nevertheless most appreciative for your uplifting comment.

Thank you indeed
