Diet for the right reason and don't just

by Lartinos (writer), NYC, February 04, 2013

No need for a sub head for this one, just read it!

Really think about why you are trying to lose this weight. Are you trying to lose this weight so you can buy yourself a gift at the end? Are you trying to lose this weight so you can treat yourself with an unhealthy food at the end? Too many of you out there forget the real benefit of losing the weight… is actually losing the weight. There is nothing wrong with treating yourself to something special. The problem is that people forget that the real joy is setting a goal that we really want and sticking to it. If that goal alone is not enough to motivate you than you may not have what it takes to ever lose the weight. When Neil Armstrong planned to go to the moon I don’t think he had to promise himself a bowl of ice cream after he did it. He did so because he was truly inspired to get up there and walk around. If you aren’t inspired to lose the weight.. than why are doing this to begin with?

Stop using language that sets yourself up for disaster. There is only doing and not trying. When we say we are going to do something we do it, when we say we are going to try to do something we are actually just bracing ourselves for the failure that we expect in the future. People who don’t believe in themselves use language that is not definitive. People who aren’t going to give it their all use language that isn’t definitive. Be bold and say that you are not going to eat like shit. Say that you are going to stick to that diet or don’t even try at all. Being truly successful at dieting is an all or nothing type of decision that we must make from within. Here is a quote from Neil Armstrong, “ we’re going to the moon because it’s in the nature of the human being to face challenges.” Notice how he didn’t add the word “try” in there, neither should you.

riginal here Lartinos. I tried to show your 'succinct' article to someone who is already 'over the moon' weight wise. You can lead an overweight hoarse subject to drink on the reality of weight loss but you can't make that person swallow the simple salient facts...they get stuck in their throat and MENTALLY regurgitated. Just asking your opinion on green coffee. Been drinking it for anti-oxidants well before its current 'weight loss' factor claims. One recent photo from a popular American doctor's show, of a 16 klg rapid loss, looks like the lady in the bikini (huge cleft in stomach which looks more like a behind in the 'before' photo...makes it look like she just turned her bikini around? in the 'after' photo? ). Not a put down on obesity, gambling, smoking, whatever. All seem to suffer from the same lack of mental reconsilliation or inability/refusal? to REASON...which in today's 'one size fix fits all' hyper-society seems to have been left behind...no pun intended. Cheers...

The rapid results people claim from that product are total BS. It is a good supplement that can provide a small amount of help, but that it is all. Anyone looking for very noticeable results from it will not be very happy. It is both a lack of knowledge and motivation that hold many people back; The amount of disinformation in general is the reason why I am writing an ebook.

thank you Lartinos. Makes me more convinced that woman's photo was her bottom reversed in the 'after' photo. How then, briefly, does your weight loss pill? work. How does it differ to other pills potions lotions and diets? If you're not a calorie counter etc and haven't the time, does a basic knowledge of 'right foods' in moderation plus exercise suffice? Do people such as office workers HAVE to have three meals a day? Who stipulated that we need three meals a day? Or, are small nibbles in the day more beneficial?

Read the reviews of my product and be the judge for yourself. The product works as both an appetite suppressant and also a metabolism booster without any stimulants in it.

You suggest people eat 5 meals a day (that can include protein shakes as a meal). The reasoning behind more meals is because your metabolism will be more efficent, waiting to long to eat can have our bodies try to conserve energy and therefore slowing our metabolism. Having the proper knowledge is everything; From knowledge we begin to believe in our selves from our new understanding. For example finding out a certain food is good for you that you actually always liked can change your mindset about eating in a healthful manner. I am not calorie counter by the way and never have been. Knowing your total carb, fat, and protein intake are more important.
