You're hungry because you are not dieting correctly!

Stop the starving and binging and take control of your life..

“I can’t diet because I am hungry all the time!” I am sure you have either heard someone say this or you have said it yourself. It is very common for people to drastically change their diet without putting much thought into the process at all. Would be dieters end up with terrible hunger pains because of their lack of planning. Their old diet filled with carbohydrates and saturated fats would leave them full and happy in the short term, and of course with a larger waist line than they would like for themselves.

The key to staying full after meals that stay on your on diet depend on the amount of essential fats and fiber in them. Essential fats are exactly what they sound like in that they are fats that are essential for proper functioning of our bodies. In fact when they were first discovered they were mistakenly named “Vitamin F.” That right there shows you the importance of these fats that act like essential vitamins in our body. Read every label and make sure to in general stay away from saturated fats and instead eating foods with essential fats in them like an avocado, fish, and nuts.

Increasing fiber is also a vital step to take when dieting to stay full. Fiber is an insoluble form of carbohydrate that is lacking in almost anyone’s diet. When people actually log all of their food they eat in one day and add up the results, fiber is usually the number one deficiency that they have. It is also very hard to always eat foods that are high in fiber. That is why I suggest buying a psyllium husk fiber supplement in either a powder or pill form. Start incorporating this strategy into your diet and learn the power of proper dieting. We all have different foods that we enjoy which is why there is never a real one size fits all strategy about the exact foods that everyone should eat. Some people like cashews while others like almonds for example, so start finding which are the right foods for you and you will slowly build an arsenal of foods that will get your body to a level you have only dreamt about in the past.

Not yet that I have created. In general nutrition talks about overall health and not just meeting your health goals. I will be making one of these and talking about the different goals in diets and nutrtion between the two can change based on our goals.
