Not your ordinary action hero packed movie. The movie was totally ridiculous yet violently fun to watch.

This movie was totally ridiculous, yet violently fun to watch. It's so fun-filled, it’s presently the number one movie at the box office bringing in $28.8 million over the weekend beating “Bourne Legacy” which earned $17 million.

If you’re the kind of person that likes over-the-top action-packed movies, including blood and guts galore, then this is your movie. The biggest bonus in this film is you have all of the top tough guys in Hollywood from the 80’s. Being a woman I enjoyed watching them; their testosterone levels seemed to be on steroids.

Sylvester Stallone, AKA Barney Ross, plays the leader of this extraordinary team. He deliverers an over-the-top enticing performance with its fast-paced action right from the moment it starts.

Jason Statham, who plays Lee Christmas and second-in-command, displays his experties in knife-combat. His only weakness is the lady in his life.

With a cast like Dolph Lundgren, Nan Yu, Liam Hemsworth, Terry Crews, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Randy Couture, Chuck Norris, Jet Li and Jean-Claude Van Damme, how could you go wrong?

My personal favorite tough guy of the 80's.

Alough it was a little silly, the movie is fun because the guys use a lot of their own personal one liners that they're famous for- which had me laughing. To give you an example, Arnold Schwarzenegger says one to many times, “I’ll be back” to where Bruce Willis reply’s “You need to stay put as you've been back way too many times". Schwarzenegger at one time replys with, “Yippee-ki-yay” with his own pronunciation wich had me bursting out in laughter.

The movie was directed by Simon West who did Con Air along side with Sly Stallone, which gives you an idea of what to expect.

Get ready for a tongue-in-cheek experience.

Time 102 minutes

Rated R

I give it a "B"

My favorite tough guy of the 80s was Bruce Willis. He always spun good humor into his characters. We replayed those "Die Hard" movies many times.
