If we don't change, we don't grow. If we don't grow, we aren't really living. The one constant in life is change...

LIMBO

Transformation is part of life

Standing quietly with us

Beckoning and calling

Arriving softly at my back door

Wanting my embraced acknowledgement

Adaptation moving inside and out

Conclusions and conceptions

The old and the new

Gently letting go of past

Learning and unlearning

Making space to welcome

The stepping into the future

It feels strange indeed

The old has made me

What I am today

The new will shape me

Into all I will be tomorrow

An inexperienced goodbye

To simple things taken

For granted in knowing

Moments of togetherness

Becoming special today

As I carry them forward

In the corner of my heart

Life coming full-circle

Surrounded in love

Understanding

All I have given

All I have received

I wait in patience

Facing the other side

Let there be joy too

Encompassed within

A nest of my own

Waiting to be sown

Embracing possibilities

A prayer of gratitude and faith

Whispered to the angels

Bringing peace and love

Assurance in wisdom

As I lay my head down

To sleep for now

A thin line between

Ending and beginning

Days in between

The old and the new

Entwining them all

With arms wide open

Living yet another day

As it gives birth to

What will be....

Thank you for the review also Amity...I named this LIMBO....as it is a term I remember from years ago when being raised as a catholic...Roman Catholic Theology...meaning a place in between...not heaven not hell "a transition between" ...also I wanted to use the Jimmy Cliff song with this...Sitting In Limbo....thank you again...:-)

Thank you Uttam, yes a very thin line between what was and what is...perhaps we just merge them into one... life coming "full circle" :-)
