New York - Cultural Heart Beats with a Rhythm

Credit:

The divine rhythm of New York metropolis has always maintained a poetic posture in the hearts of every New Yorkonian, the city has many elements to delight the demands of the overactive yuppie during any typical social gathering.

There is an aura of special existence that one must surely experience upon crossing either the tunnels or one of the major bridges to get into Manhattan (bright lights signify the boundaries of the city). It doesn’t matter what ethnic background you are from or what walk of life you originate, you will have a point of amalgamation in the city because it is the home for all cultures and all taste. Personally I like to go restaurant hoping and Movie hiking that’s my idea of a New York moment. But I’m sure you have a different Idea of a good time in the city, so that’s why you will find no need to complain because all desires are met in the big apple, there is something for everybody.

If your idea of entertainment is to shop for clothes then there is no place under the sun like the Apple, there are fantastic malls, shopping centers and grand stores in which you can shop till your hearts content (with no holds barred). If you love romance then I recommend you buy some flowers for your gal/guy, take in a movie, a restaurant and catch a ride on a horse cab around 59th street Central Park (magnificent). And if that doesn’t fetch your fancy, then how about doing something more adventurous, like catching a helicopter ride around the city to make things more interesting and impulsive for you and your mate (Wouldn’t that be a nice touch to the end of a date?). There is so much more available for your consumption and edification I don’t know where to begin, how about watching a Broadway play at a famous theater or visiting Lincoln or Carnegie Hall for some relaxing music played by one of those leading orchestras , and then having some exclusive dinner over a glass of wine to conclude the evening.

Although there are lots of fun things to do in the city this fact doesn’t negate the negative possibilities either, one could get into dire trouble also with plenty of consequences to spare, so be careful. The Apple is like no place on earth, it’s a 24 hour amusement park ride with all the trimmings and cotton candy to boot.
New York City (officially the City of New York) is a city in the state of New York and is the most populous city in the United States of America. Its business, finance, trading, law, and media organizations are influential around the globe. The city is one of the world's most important cultural centers, with hundreds of world-class museums, galleries, and performance venues. Home of the United Nations, the city is also one of the world's major sites for international diplomacy.
The city is comprised of five boroughs: The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island. With 8 million residents and a land area of 322 square miles, New York City has the highest population density of any major city in North America. The city's metropolitan area, with a population of 18.8 million, ranks among the largest urban areas in the world.
New York City has been a dominant global financial center since World War II. It is also the birthplace of many American cultural movements, including the Harlem Renaissance in literature and visual art, abstract expressionism in painting, and hip hop in music. The city's cultural vitality has been fueled by immigration since its founding by Dutch colonists in 1625. In 2005, nearly 170 languages were spoken in the city and 36 percent of its population was foreign born.

You could scrutinize these findings personally and in the process enjoy the best time of your life while doing so. I know I did…….
