Reflections - Clear & Bright

by Kim (writer), Los Angeles, December 21, 2011

In the moment of the season and celebrating 100 articles

Ah! Here again

Like an old friend

Faith, Steadfast until the end

Only bringing to the beginning again

At last, Here again

As the days descend

Across the keys of my Flute

A melody haunting, joyous, bittersweet

Awaiting a listening ear, an attentive heart,

A sensitive soul, liberated beyond the world's control

Strong enough to behold, the message told and untold

Yes, Here again

Merry greetings, wondrous eyes, a magical smile

Of a precious child

Anticipating...not needing commercial persuasion

Only the warmth of hand

A caress of a Christmas tune

The comardeship and reunite

Family and Frienship traditions

Keep the bond with all your might

Allowing its message to send

A true spirit of the season with depth and beauty

Instead of spend and trend

Oh! Here again

Soft lights, miraculous births

That filled the earth this year

As well as long time before

A moment to stand still and adore

Close your eyes once more

Let the essence never escape out the door

The beauty of the season

Lives on through into the year to come and more

It is so, Here again

And, never leaves

So enjoy well after Christmas Eve

Hope, Love, Give, Receive, and Believe

For the season, Here again
