Ron Paul tells Donald Trump You're Fired

Paul telling Trump "You're Fired" results in a scathing Trump rebuttal.

Ron Paul has made the decision to boycott the Donald Trump-moderated Newsmax debate becase “The selection of a reality television personality to host a presidential debate that voters nationwide will be watching is beneath the office of the Presidency and flies in the face of that office’s history and dignity,” were the words coming out of his campaign headquarters.

“Mr. Trump’s participation will contribute to an unwanted circus-like atmosphere.”

Mr Paul's complete statement is contained on his website. According to Politico the Trump debate is starting to appear like a dignity test for the 2012 presidential field as two candidates so far have refused to participate; Ron Paul and Jon Huntsman.

Trump, in his "Trumped Pump" syle rebutted by saying, " ... Ron Paul has a zero chance of winning either the nomination or the presidency" and pulling himself back into the spotlight continued with "my poll numbers were substantially higher than any of his poll numbers, at any time."

"Few people take Ron Paul seriously and many of his views and presentation make him a clown-like candidate. .. I am glad he and Jon Huntsman, who has inconsequential poll numbers or a chance of winning, will not be attending the debate and wasting the time of the viewers who are trying very hard to make a very important decision," concluding "I would like to see how Ron Paul would do in the world of big business" according to Politico.

Its wonderful of Trump to validate Ron Paul's contention as to that "circus-like" atmosphere. That is, after all, what Trump's all about. I love his act of dusting off his OWN poll numbers, as they matter so much in this election cycle. Never thought I'd be thinking so highly of Ron Paul, but that's merely another sign of impending Mayan apocalyptal doom. Or, a bad tuna sandwich. Have to get that checked out.

hahahah it's all a matter of perspective hah

The more of a "circus" Trump can create the more valuable the Trump brand becomes. It's clear he loves getting into these public "fist fights" and what bigger arena to do it in than the Presidential Election. The guy may be a really brilliant businessman but he acts like a moron.

Trump is a bigger media whore than Al Sharpton. Not sure who has a worse haircut though..

I think Trump's hair has to be worse since Sharpton's is at least real. Sharpton's is more about making a statment. Trump's is more about his insecurities.
