Cheesy Rotini & Broccoli

A quick delicious recipe. Kids love it because of the delicious cheese and fun curly noodles. Parents love it because it tastes great and sneaks in some vitamin packed broccoli!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Box of Rotini Pasta
- 1 Package of Frozen Broccoli
- 1/4 stick of butter
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 6 slices of Kraft American Cheese
- A Chunk of Velveeta Cheese
- Milk
- Water
- Black Pepper to taste
In large pot bring water to boil. Add 1 bouillon cube and noodles. With medium size pot on medium/low, add 2 cups milk, all the cheese, 1 bouillon cube, and pepper. Slowly stir constantly to keep from burning to pan. Once, melted turn to low, keep a watchful eye and stir every minute or so to keep from burning, Add broccoli to boiling water and pasta. Cook for 5 more minutes, Drain noodles and broccoli. Dish up noodles and broccoli. Drizzle cheese sauce on top of noodles, serve and enjoy! Yummy!
