Sixty Hours

People work forty hours a week then think they don't have enough time on the weekend.

Sixty Hours

Of the days in a week

Fridays the ones we seek

They make us pause think

Weekend's here in a blink

~~~~~~~~~
So from Friday evening
Till Monday's dawn
Sixty hours for enjoying
No time to yawn
~~~~~~~~~

Grab some friends

Cards food and drink

From gardens we tend

Cut flowers pink

~~~~~~~~~
Spread blankets down
Sitting on the ground
Enjoying the company
Making new memories
~~~~~~~~~

We must be on the same wave link because that's how I feel lately. Weekend goes to fast and need to take time to create new memories.

That's always fun.

Great Poem!
