Why Don't We Write?

by robertanchor (writer), San Mateo., July 14, 2011

For those who love to write, I hope this inspires you to pursue your passions.

Why Don’t We Write?

What is it that prevents us from writing the very words that cloud our minds in the moment of inspiration?

Is the fear that what we have to say may seem relevant and hold purpose to ourselves but not others?

Is it that we fear that what we feel so passionately about may evidently fall upon deaf ears?

Before we allow ourselves to dream bigger than any physical wall which could separate us from the things we most desire, too often do we chain ourselves down before we can even leave the grounds of our true potential.

In our hearts we understand the endless limits of what we can achieve, if only we were to just let go of our fears.

We are better than the standards we measure ourselves by, and the abilities that which we possess are more powerful than our minds can comprehend.

By setting free that which we hold captive in our thoughts, we enable ourselves to paint worlds of imagination that no architect can replicate, but GOD himself.

Inspiration though our words can bring life to an empty page.

Robert, fear is an end to the beginning of so many talents, it's a shame.
